Dal Nimbus ruses back into his office and to the computer, brining up information from last night's research on the universe Baby Harry Potter is from. He soon finds information on the Black family, including little Narcissa... more than enough to make a case for protective custody.
Sometimes working multiversal is easier than other branches of the CPS, evidence can be only as far away as the library...
He recieves a communication from Dr. Bannister for a quick background check on Teresa Cassidy of Universe 616, and sends that as well as the Black family info to Dr. Bannister's small handheld computer... glad for the new technology.
